’Changing Lives’

Our free seminar is all about helping international healthcare candidates understand the right processes involved in securing employment and obtaining a sponsorship certificate. Candidates will be offered the opportunity to match with potential employers, meeting them on the day via a remote interview facilitated by NursingjobsUK. The media has lately shone a spotlight on instances of alleged unethical practices in the recruitment of international nurses by various healthcare organisations in the UK. Our mission as ethical recruiters is to constructively influence individuals who have been misguided or who require assistance in securing legitimate employment.

We have been approached by numerous nurses and care workers who have unfortunately found themselves trapped in poor employment, largely due to the lack of understanding about the appropriate pathways to secure suitable employment in the UK. One such individual who will be attending our event is Biji Thomas.

Biji Thomas’s story

Biji is a resourceful and energetic internationaly registered nurse with more than18 years experience working in hospitals overseas including Saudi Arabia. After arriving in the UK on a Tier 2 skilled worker visa as a HCA with a Domicilary Care company, it became apparent that the hours promissed were not available. Bigi is now facing difficulties because the hours she was promised are not the hours she has been given. Due to insufficient hours she now finds herself in a situation where she is struggling to afford to do the necessary travel and she now faces the threat of having her visa revoked. Our objective with the free seminar is to assist individuals such as Biji, ensuring they possess the appropriate understanding to successfully secure the correct employer in the UK.

Fill your vacancies

We believe that this seminar represents a significant opportunity for you, offering the prospect of conducting face-to-face interviews on the day of the seminar and potentially filling your vacancies with aptly matched candidates.

The majority of candidates participating in the seminar are qualified nurses in their home country aspiring to secure senior care worker positions in the UK. We staunchly uphold the principle of not imposing any fees on our candidates for our services, and employers participating in the seminar will not be charged any recruitment or introduction fees either.

Biji is a qualified surgical nurse and has 5-year extensive experience working in a cardiac operating theatre. Amongst other candidates, she will be available for interview. If you are a private healthcare organisation interested in participating in our event click below to register your interest. Upon receiving confirmation, we will then provide you with candidate CVs for your review (based on your requirement), potentially leading to interviews being scheduled on the day of the event.
