On 7th February 2026, we gathered for Ealoor Harmony Night — a very special evening marking 25 years of Ealoor Consultancy UK.

It was more than an anniversary celebration. It was a moment of reflection, gratitude and unity — bringing together partners from healthcare, higher education, community leadership, alumni and friends who have shaped our journey.

That evening, Mathew James, Founder of Ealoor Consultancy shared a message from the heart.

A Moment of Gratitude

Tonight is not just an event — tonight is a memory. Tonight is a thank you, written from the deepest part of my heart.

As we mark 25 years of Ealoor Consultancy UK, I reflect not only on our achievements, but on the values that shaped this journey.

If you ask me the foundation of these 25 years, my answer is simple: my father. He may not have given me material wealth, but he gave me something far greater — values.

When I was weak, he gave me strength.
When I was uncertain, he gave me direction.
When I was tested, he taught me to stand with honesty.

Those values became the compass that guided every decision and every step forward.

Why We Call It “Harmony”

We call our celebration “Harmony Night” because true success is never built alone. It is built when families stand beside you, when teams believe in you, and when society supports you.

Harmony is not simply a theme — it is the spirit that has sustained Ealoor for a quarter of a century.

This anniversary represents more than longevity. It reflects 25 years of service, partnership, and contribution to education, healthcare, and the wider community.

A Personal Reflection

This milestone carries personal meaning. My three children were born at Stepping Hill Hospital — a reminder that this journey has always been both professional and deeply personal.

I am also moved by the continued presence of some of our very first students, including Jeril Cyriac, Bino Colevelil and Mathukutty Kandrapallil. Their journeys reflect the long-standing relationships at the heart of Ealoor.

Looking Ahead

To our partners, alumni, sponsors, colleagues and well-wishers — thank you. Your trust and encouragement have been central to our progress.

As we look to the future, our commitment remains clear: to uphold integrity, strengthen partnerships, and continue contributing meaningfully to education, healthcare and community development.

This celebration belongs to all of us.

With gratitude,
Mathew James
